A blend of 60% Gamay Noir and 40% Pinot Noir sourced from two biodynamically farmed vineyards located at opposite ends of the Willamette Valley. This wine is a testament to nature’s resilience and also a reminder that this pursuit and art form are first and foremost agricultural. One fermenter was 100% whole cluster, another carbonic, and the rest destemmed. Aged in a combination of neutral oak and locally made terracotta amphora. The emerging profile is one of ripe purple fruit, savory wood, and refreshing herbs. Bottled unfined/unfiltered.
